Contract Cancellation and Devices Return

Hello, my contract was cancelled by “InfoCity Rostock” because the internet cable isn’t installed in my building. My neighbor has received the devices from Vodafone and I don’t need them anymore.

I want to confirm whether my contract has been cancelled or not, and how I can return the devices. The contract was ordered on Sunday 04.08. Thanks

can you please explain this in more detail? What do you mean, the contract was cancelled by Info City Rostock? And what does your neighbour have to do with it?

If you give us some more information, we can get a picture.

Hello,

On Sunday 04.08.2019, I ordered online from Vodafone website Red Internet & Phone 200 Cable + GigaTV Cable for my new apartment in Rostock. On Monday 05.08.2019, I received a call from Infocity Rostock (https://infocity-rostock.de/) telling me that internet cable is not available for my building and it would take time to install it, so they cancelled the contract for me.

On Wednesday 07.08.2019, DHL sent me the devices required for my cancelled contract..

Can you please confirm that my contract has been cancelled? If not, please cancel it for me.. Also how can I return the received devices?

I contacted them from the very beginning, and both agreed to cancel the contract. I received also a letter from Vodafone confirming that my internet cannot be installed.

What to do with the received devices from Vodafone? How can they be returned?

Hi Yousif,

Internet & Phone has been canceled, that's right. But you also ordered GigaTV and this is possible at your address. This is independent of our internet connection and can be connected to any other internet. Do you not want to use it anymore?
