English support requested

Hello,
last Wednesday in Berlin there was a big raining, since then my internet is not working (a part for half day on Thursday, ok Friday another big rain happened and since then I’m cut off!)

I’ve noticed this happen often when there is the rain, but this time the issue is longer then usual.

The router/modem is on, the WiFi is active, but the internet light is off, while the model light keep blinking...this is affecting my work, since I work remotely.

I’ve tired to call your call center, they gave me the number for technicians, but none of them talk English.

Can anybody help me with this?
