      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;last Wednesday in Berlin there was a big raining, since then my internet is not working (a part for half day on Thursday, ok Friday another big rain happened and since then I’m cut off!)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I’ve noticed this happen often when there is the rain, but this time the issue is longer then usual.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The router/modem is on, the WiFi is active, but the internet light is off, while the model light keep blinking...this is affecting my work, since I work remotely.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I’ve tired to call your call center, they gave me the number for technicians, but none of them talk English.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can anybody help me with this?</description>
