I have the service almost for a year, the first year there was an offer, I want to know for the next year, what is the price and how I should change the plan if I want to change it.

is it correct that you want to use our bill guarantee? Then just send me a private message with your customer number and password and tell me, which bandwidth you'd like to use in future.

i have ordered for you the change to 200 Mbit/s to monthly 39.99 Euro. This will be booked within the next days and will be effective at the end of the first 12 months from 08.08.2019.
