Rate Explanation for English speakers

Hallo, unfortunately my german is not enough but I have few questions, I signed a contract for Internet, phone, TV HD kabel 100, even if of this options I just use the first one, I don't have tv or phone. The contract was signed in 2015, and it was of 19.99euros BUT the monthly pay for the last 3 years has been 63,98 euros

Onestly I think It's quite expansive, can I you please explain to me what should I do?

I just would like to have internet connection, there is other option?

Hi Javi1,

if you want a downgrade of the contract, this is always possible at the end of the term. When exactly did you sign the contract?

The contract has been done on this date: 08/20/2015, thank you for your collaboration

We just use the internet connection fast as it is now and that's it...

By the way I was looking in the page that the same offer is given for 39,99 after 1 year for 19,99....i'm currently paying 69,30....30 euros monthly for the same offer.

So I have to wait till the 20th?
