My Cable router device and the welcome package has been undelivered, it's been back for some reason. I am now waiting for the internet for 14 days now. Not sure when the new package come.

It's so hard to contact Vodafone via email or phone to resolve this issue. I think I should get a new contract

Hi Vimal,

the parcel could not be delivered and was delivered to a branch. Since it was not picked up there, it came back to us and the contract was revoked. So you can simply conclude a new contract.
