Regarding Hotspot contract without even using it

Hi,

I had applied for vodafone hotspot almost 3 weeks back. Than, I received an email to click a link. After clicking link, I landed on a page to verify my details but I did not get any username/password to access hotspot from home.

Than, I thought, I will get access details through post but I did not get any thing.

Today, I got bill of hotspot and also, money was deducted from my account. I, bymistake, asked for refund of money thought my banking app.

As per the bill, my account number is XXXXXXXX.

I also had applied new vodafone kabel contract 2 weeks back. The new vodafone kabel contract is on my wife's name having number XXXXXXX.

As now, I have vodafone kabel contract, could you please cancel my hotsport contract and also, please check I should not be charged as I did not receive any letter with username/password to access wifi hotspot and I did not use any hotspot service because of no access data.

Please cancel the hotspot contract (XXXXXXXX) and please check, I should not be charged.

Hello Ankit,

the hotspot contract was already terminated on 21.06.2019. The order confirmation was sent on 01.05.2019 to the address given by you. A refund is therefore not possible.
