Dear Sir,

kindly re-adjust my tariff to be monthly 19.99€ as it was. please note i don't care if it is special offer or not, all what i need is to pay 19.99€ per month and NOT more! and please don't change this after one or two years

welcome to our Community.

I'm afraid I can't change the contract for you without further ado. The discounted price is usually only available in the first year. At the end of the first year the regular price for the tariff becomes due.
