    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Vodafone Community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have subscribed to a &lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Red Internet &amp;amp; Phone Young 100 Cable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt; on June 8th, 2019 in a Vodafone Shop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The router arrived on June 21th, 2019.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have setup the router and the INTERNET LED started to blink RED immediately (WLAN is working). I waited a few hours and then tried the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Power reset&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Factory reset&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Use another coaxial cable&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Changed my wall socket&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;INTERNET LED still blinking RED and thus no Internet...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the overview page of the router is indicated that &lt;STRONG&gt;DOCSIS is offline&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;No IPv4 adress is setup (0.0.0.0)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is the DOCSIS status page:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Downstream&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/U&gt;:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="language-string"&gt;Channel ID |&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="language-string"&gt;Channel Type |&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="language-string"&gt;Frequency (MHz)&lt;/SPAN&gt; | &lt;SPAN class="language-string"&gt;Modulation&lt;/SPAN&gt; | &lt;SPAN class="language-string"&gt;Rx.       <description>Hi Tobias,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Yesterday morning Cable Way AG called me but I unfortunately missed it.... I have been trying to reach them every hour since but without success. I always have the waiting music going on until communication stops.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have a way to reach them it would be great. For the appointment anytime is good.
