Hi Team,

I have moved to Köln starting 15 June 2019 and was asked by the customer care to get my contract terminated early as the vodafone services are not available in NRW.
Please terminate my contract . Let me know the email ID where I should send the documents for the proof. I dont want to attach the documents to a public forum.

Based on the data and documents you have already sent us, I could now bring forward your cancellation date from the end of December to 13.09.2019.
