I have terminated the contract and now in my message box I see that I have to return the device, here are my questions.

-- I did not receive any mail/letter regarding the device return ! do I need to wait ?

-- May I get an DHL post return slip?

-- whether to return only modem or even every small equipment including cables ?

the device recall is on the cancellation confirmation. You actually have to send back everything that belongs to the rental device. A return slip should have been enclosed with the parcel at that time. If you no longer have it, the return will be at your own expense. You will find all necessary information in the cancellation confirmation and our general terms and conditions.

Thanks for quick response.

Yes I packed all devices mentioned and send it across to adress given today.

But I realized today is 14th day after my termination (termination date is 14.06.2019), could you please be helpful and avoid the penalty if the device takes 2 more days to receice at your end.
