I am worrying there is something wrong. Service man said it takes normally three days for the delivery.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Nobody, not even the service staff, has access to your customer account here.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;The delivery time for the hardware is usually 1 week, but now there were also public holidays in between, so this can be delayed. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;If a technician is needed for the installation, you will only receive the SIM card, then the subcontractor will contact you to arrange an appointment.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
