Two months ago I ordered Vodafone TV International Englisch Cable. I am unable to install it. I have asked in the shops for help. No help. Can you pls. tell me how to install it. And get it working. Also, which channels are included in the package. Thanx.

Hi 20454,

there's nothing to install. The activation of the channels is done via the smartcard or directly on the Giga TV Box. You can find an overview of the included channels here.

According to your information TV International Englisch Cable should contain BBC Entertainment + some other film channels. I have now once again activated smart card XXXX without receiving any channels. WHY??? Do I need a new smart card??? I ordered this service two months ago. If it is impossible to receive these channels will you therefore cancel it as I do not want to pay for a commodity I am not getting.

Also removed the Smart Card Number.

what error message do you get?

Please send me a PM with your customer data (name, address, customer number, date of birth and the smartcard number).

Then contact me here again when you have sent the data.

Hi 20454,

we sent a new signal to the card. Please switch to one of the non-functioning channels and leave it switched on like this. The activation should take place within half an hour.

Reactivated smartcard. Looked at the picture Chipset pairing required for half an hour. Nothing happened.

Please try a reset of the hd-receiver. If that doesn't help, you'll get a new smartcard.

I have reset the HD receiver and still getting a beautiful picture saying Chipset pairing required.

I have received a new smartcard which I have inserted. And I have disconnected the HD-receiver and put it together again. I have also run a new Sendersuche. On pressing BBC Entertainment I get this beautiful picture.

then we can rule out the card as a reason. The remaining factor is the Sagemcom. We exchange this one. The exchange device will be delivered to you by DHL within the next few days. Please keep cable and remote control from your current device. Please contact us here as soon as you have been able to test the new device.
