Cancelled Vodafone 200 mbit - Then got an offer for 500mbit, but the change did not happen

Hello,
I cancelled my Vodafone internet connection about a month ago. Last week, a gentleman on the 12th of June at 19:46 called from Vodafone offering a good deal (same as the new customer deal) on the 500mbit internet connection. Today I got a letter from Vodafone that my cancellation withdrawal was successfully processed, and that I'm still staying on the 200mbit service.

Can you please look into this issue and find out why I did not get the 500mbit service?

I only see the adjustment to the 200 mbit contract. I ask my colleagues if they can change anything. As soon as I have feedback, I'll get back to you.

Thanks for looking into this. We discussed in English before the gentleman turned on the recording, I cannot recall if we talked about 500mbit while the conversation was recorded, but I'm pretty sure it happened. The easiest would be if you lisitened to the conversation we had on phone.
