Need to change my contract

I opted for contract and after few hours, I came to know there is better offer for young people.

Current I have contract of 100mbs at a cost of around 19 euros but I want change it to 500mbs for young people at cost of 17 euros.

I have tried contact customer care but my German language is bad. I can’t get any information how to procced.

i got some information from WhatsApp msgs from customer care that I need to cancel the current contract and select new contract.

can someone help me in changing my contract or opt for new contract.
