Internet and TV Contract

Hello,

I had recieved the TV box in the month of December 2018, which i have sent back on 19.12.2018 by DHL.

This was the second time i sent back the TV box back. This time i sent the TV box back and i did not send a seperate letter by post saying i have sent the TV box.

As i do not have the TV box and i am not using it services, can you please end this TV Contract and also i am planning to end my Internet Contract which is going to end in August 2019.

Please let me know if you can cancel the Contracts.

Hi Varun,

we terminated the TV contract immediately. The Internet & Phone contract will be cancelled at the regular end of the contract period. You will also receive a confirmation.
