Internet contract termination

Hello,

I have resigned my internet contract with Vodafone since March, I don't know for which reason I keep receiving bills for internet services. Because I am not leaving in Germany any more, I have both filed a resignation and delivered the router back to the local Vodafone shop (this happened in the first half of March). I have shown them of course the registration paper from city hall, to prove that I am no longer a resident in Germany.
However the invoices keep coming, can anybody give me some help in finding a solution here?

Hello ionutionascu27,

your contract cannot be terminated immediately. Even if you move abroad, the contract will continue for another 3 months and you will still have to pay for it. Did you get a cancellation confirmation? Everything should be on it, including the date of termination.
