My current Kabel contract (KN XXX) will be terminated soon and I got 2 new contracts at the same time from Vodafone XXX and XXX

Please cancel contract XXXX359.

why were two contracts commissioned? It's that simple, we can't terminate the contracts. What kind of tariffs are these?

I don't know why I got a second contract from you.

Both contracts didn't start and both contracts are for the same cable device. Why it is not simple to cancel the second contract?

I sent post and email to you but I'm not sure what is the status of the 2nd contract.

Plz cancel the contract mentioned ASAP.

in this case, there's no confirmation. I was able to cancel the order and there is no letter out. As soon as the cable router is with us, we can actually check the topic off.
