Dear Sir/Madam,

I am the user of the Kabel- Deutschland internet.

My Kundennummer is ***.

I have a contract for 24 months in which 12 months completed currently.

As I am moving out of Germany, I would like to cancel my Kabel internet contract.
Please let me know how to proceed.

Hi niteesh,

you've come to the right place. In this case we can terminate the contract with a period of 3 months starting from the day of the move. Please send me your customer number, name, old and new address in a private message.

Hello niteesh,

i worked the resignation. The contract will be terminated according to the Telecommunications Act on 23.07.2019. Please note that the fees will be charged until this date.

a return slip will not be sent. You must return the device at your own expense if you no longer have the original one.
