      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;the internet connection is too unstable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;everyday, the internet did not connect during a few hours and re-connected a few hours.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;this situation repeat everyday.&amp;nbsp;when internet is not connecting, the lights of the router just blinking.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;sometime, the internet did not work for a whole day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I have had contact with vodafone custumer center several times and they just said there was no problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;so i try to wait just solved.&amp;nbsp;but it has not been solved from last 6 month&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;no, i didn't use any timeswitch.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if a technician find out it is your fault, can i pay back for time internet didn't work?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and i just worry about when a technicain come to check my internet, the internet work well and he just say there are no problem. but after he will leave the internet don't work again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i jsut want to make sure, a technician check everything, even the internet is work at the time he come here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
