Hello,
I have a contract for land-iine and internet at 19.90. Now I am getting the "regular" price. But in my contact it's written I can accept the reduction of internet speed to 30mb / s.
I'd like to keep the same price and reduce the speed.

I contacted the customer service that told me to write in the forum for these questions.

what kind of contract do you have (DSL or cable)? There is a minimum of 50 Mbit at 29,99 Euro for cable.

Hello Thomas! Thank you for answering. I currently have a red internet and phone cable 200. And in my contract it's written that I can downgrade to cable 100 (for 34,99 monthly) or cable 32 (for 29,99 monthly) I'd like to have the last option
