Hello,

I want to cancel my contract because I come back to my country. I don't speak german. What I have to do? I have closed my german bank account so I have to give you another.

Hello Mario21,

we can cancel your contract according to the Telecommunications Act (move + 3 months). If you have already moved, then the day of the cancellation applies, not the day of the move.

Send me your name, address, customer number, date of birth and the new (complete) address in a private message. Then please contact me again here in the thread.
