Dear sir/madam,

My contract of "Red Internet & Phone 400 Cable" is from 15.01.2018 to 15.01.2020. However, my working contract in Germany will end on 30.04.2019 and after that I will leave Germany to China and don't come back any more. So, Could I cancel the contract in advance ?

In that case, a premature cancellation of your landline contract is possible.

You'll need official proof of leaving Germany (the so called "Abmeldebescheinigung") and have to send it together with a short notification in German language to Vodafone.

Please be advised that you have to pay for additional 3 months after leaving Germany.

Hello the contract can be terminated prematurely in the event of moving abroad. Unfortunately, this is not possible on the date of the move. The notice takes place after the telecommunications law (removal + 3 months). In your case this would be 29.07.2019.
