Dears,

I´m leaving Germany soon (30.04.2019) and need to cancel my contract.

Could you please inform how to proceed? Which documents to send and where to?

Where to send the modem and the GigaTv Box?

Hi Greis,

you've come to the right place. In this case we can terminate the contract with a period of 3 months starting from the day of the move.Send me your customer number, name, date of birth, old and new address in a private message.

Hello Greis2,

i worked the resignation. The contract will be terminated on 29.07.2019. The cancellation confirmation will be sent by post, but you can also view it in your customer portal (may take a few days). It also lists the return modalities for the devices.
