      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have Internet contract in my appartment (&lt;FONT&gt;Red Internet &amp;amp; Phone&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&amp;nbsp;400 Cable) and i&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;n 22nd of March I ordered GigaTV Kabel. But I ordered it by mistake. I received&amp;nbsp;Auftragsbestätigung but I didnt pay yet. How can I cancel this order? I don't need Giga TV Kabel.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This is only possible if the contract was concluded online or at the front door. Does it mean that I already have TV contract? What should I do to cancel it?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;BTW I am having contract for internet which I do not want to cancel.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
