&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I received an email on 15 April, 2019 from Vodafone about my bill. Since I have submitted SEPA, do I need to pay something separately or the amount will be automatically deducted?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Additionally, per email from Vodafone dated 11 March 2019 (trailed below) you said that you had cancelled my Sicherheitspaket. However, I just saw in the bill I received that I have been charged for the Sicherheitspaket, again. Is it not cancelled? Request you to refund the amount.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;DIV style="font-family:Arial;font-size:13px;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi orko,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;if we have a SEPA mandate from you, we will automatically debit it. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I suppose the cancellation and the bill have overlapped.
