How do I cancel my cable contract?

Hello,

First, I am writing here because my German is not good and I couldn't do it by phone.

I am moving abroad and I want to cancel my Vodafone contract. I am also doing the Abmeldung and I can send it as proof on the end of this month. My client number is XXX and my contract number is XXX .

How can I proceed to cancel my contract and give back the modem?

Hi, it has been three days that nobody answered my question.

I found this form to cancel the cable contract: https://www.vodafone.de/widerrufsrecht.html

However, I need to inform Vodafone that I am leaving Germany. Which form do I fill in order to inform it?

we'll get it solved here. I need the following things by private message:

- Customer number

- name

- current address

- date of birth

- moving date

- if available, new address abroad.

Hi FelipeGutierrez,

we handled the resignation. The contract ends with a period of 3 months beginning with the day of the move. You will also receive a confirmation.
