Contract cancellation

To whom concerned,

I recently moved out of Germany and have been trying to cancel my internet contract with Vodafone.

I was first advised to sent a letter for the cancelation of the contract. Following this, I received a mail advising me to write to the forum instead.

I would be very happy if someone can process the end of my contract, because I am paying for the service in my former rental home, but not living there since the 1st of February.

Hi Danai,

you've come to the right place. In this case we can terminate the contract with a period of 3 months starting from the day of the move. Please send me your customer number, name, old and new address in a private message.
