Hi, I’m having huge problems with my connection, I’m paying 39.99 EUR monthly for a 200mb connection and most of the time it’s nowhere close to even 50mb... at the moment of writing this I’m unable to watch a YouTube video, and the speed is showing around 7-10mb, like REALY ?!!!
Restart, reset the router doesn’t work and it’s definetly not the routers faulty since sometimes like 5-10% of all time the speed is 190mb ( still not the 200mb promised but ok )
I’ve already sent a cancellation and got a confirmation about that but still, I have to live with this mess for four months ?!!! With this price ?!!!
There’s is no problem with WiFi since it’s 01:55 at night and the slowdowns aren’t related to any time of day and as I’ve said sometimes in wifi I’m getting the 190mb !!!

Betreff: Awful speed

Please check the speed ONLY using a LAN cable as there are too many things that might distord the WiFi signal (especially other WiFi networks from your neighbours).

And if you send a cancellation letter, this will be processed as regular cancellation.

If you want to cancel prematurely, you are required by law to send a notice of the fault to Vodafone and give them the chance to fix it within an acceptable timeframe (the law does not say whatever that means - usually it's anything from 2+ weeks). Only and only if this fails, you MIGHT be allowed to cancel prematurely - but you should definitely check with a lawyer.

And please keep in mind: Sole contractual language is German (as we are in Germany) - if you call or write letters only in English language, they might be rejected simply because of the language.
