Hello,

Sorry for speaking in English but it's only way I know.

I contacted you before to determinate a false contract that you gave me which I didn't agreed on or signed.

You successfully have determinate my contract. On my profile it says that there is no contract anymore.

But my question is why I'm still getting charged for contract which is determinated.

See it says for January and February that I owe you money for GigaTV.

That contract is determinated and I never used that product.

Hi Adviceee,

the contract was terminated immediately as a gesture of goodwill. A repayment was not promised and therefore the contract has to be paid until the day of termination. In the meantime, this has been transferred to a debt collection company. The clarification must now take place there. Unfortunately, we can do nothing more there.

Just want to say that contract was illegal.
You have no right to charge me on based on that contract.

I didn't signed any contract!

I have right to take legal actions against you because of that contract.

And I will consult with my lawyer about this.

where was the contract signed? As we have already written, we cannot do anything, because the process has been handed over to the collection company.

Hi Adviceee,

a contract does not necessarily have to be signed. This is also not necessary for online or telephone orders. A confirmation will be sent and in case of doubt the contract can be terminated within 14 days.

When I called you, you said that you have my signature.

Point is that I returned device in given time. Same day I sent it back and determinate contract. But still you charged me.

I also recived a letter where says that I owe you money.

Im just wondering I owe you on based of what?

I didnt even connected device that you sent me.

Hi Adviceee,

the return of the hardware does not constitute a revocation. We received a mail on 21.01.2019. The deadline had already expired. We are not allowed to clarify this any more. This must be done with the collection company.
