Dear Sir

Begining of February 2019, I sent you a letter to inform Vodafone my intention to resign. According your answer from 11.02.2019, I was informed that it will be possible only on the 16.02.2020.
My contract began the 05.06.2007.(Please see attached document) I cannot understand why I should wait february 2020 when you were informed 4 months in advance.

Can you explain first this situation and change february 2020 to June or July 2019?

Hi Daniel,

you have an old cable connection. The main contract was concluded on 16.02.2007. The digital component from 05.06.2007 depends on it. The itself has no term, but only the main contract. The cancellation is processed correctly.
