Additionally to my plan (Red Internet & Phone 100 - 43,98 Euros - Correct!). I have been charged 11,99 Euros. Two questions:

1. What is Vodafone charging me for?

2. Why the 19,99 Euros aren't listed in the invoices?

under the customer number i can only find the Internet & Phone bill with 43.98 euros. Do you have another customer number with a TV contract?

You are right! I found it with a different number. 10.00 Euros: Kabel Digital, Produkt: Smartcard TV Vielfalt HD Kabel.

9,99 Euros: Kabel Digital, Produkt: TV Komfort HD Kabel. It looks to me expensive. Can you explain to me if it's possible to reduce the final value?

we could cancel Vielflat HD at the end of the term 08.08.2019. Then you save 9,99 Euro per month.

Yes, please cancel it. What about the other 10.00 Euros? Is it possible to cancel both of them (TV Vielfalt HD Kabel (10,00 Euros) and TV Komfort HD Kabel (9,99 Euros))? We only have one TV, internet and we don't use any fixed phone line.

it's basically just a TV contract. There is as main component TV comfort. Vielfalt HD is an additional channel package.
