I would like to inform the Vodafone that I will leave Germany in the end of March 2019.

So, I would like to inform you 3 months before that I would like to cancel the contract number

xxx for internet at home from April 2019.

Could you please tell me when I will get a termination confirmation?

Because I need to check out of the apartment lates on 29.03.2019.

So, I need the address information to return the modem before that time.

After that I will take a flight to Thailand. Then it will not be possible for me to take care of the modem.

Hi,

the confirmation was already sent on 07.02.2019. Didn't you receive it?

You will also find a copy in your customer portal. Have a look under "Meine Dokumente" from February. There you will also find the return address. Did you find it?

I did not receive it at all. Good that I asked you in advance.

I followed your advice and download the "Kündigungsbestätigung" from my account.

And yes, I found the return address.

Now, i know what is the problem.

Because, in my address information, there is no room number specified.

So, that is why I have never received any document from Vodafone at all.

Hope I did not miss any important letter.

the address is the connection address for which you ordered the contract at the time. Nothing has been changed.
