I have 2-year contract with Vodafone DE which ends in April 2020.

Currently, my tariff plan is 400Mbps which I need to downgrade to 50Mbps.

My customer number is xxxxx where you could find all the details.

In principle, a downgrade is possible after the end of the contract period. Nevertheless, I would like to check your contract to see if you received a change offer at the beginning of the contract. thanks for your PN.

I've looked at everything and after 12 months you can switch to the Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable rate for 29.99 Euro/month. You can change your contract in the middle of April at the earliest.

i've marked the tariff change. The change can take place however only to 17.04.2019, since at this time only the 12 months are past. But you don't have to do anything now, we have arranged everything.

I want to thank for changes done in tariff plan.

Currently, I am experiencing speed issues after the tariff change.

I never get 50Mbps or near it as mentioned in tariff.

in your case, not really. There is a lump sum of 99,50 Euro. This will only be charged if the error is not with us. We can exclude that with you. The levels at the connection are not correct and there we are responsible to correct that.
