Hello,

So you send me to this forum to make a new theard about my problem. I charged me for television that I didnt order which I returned in 14 days but still getting charged. I refunded that money and now I have problem, because you put reminder on me and restrict my internet speed. I did everything from my side I can do, on you is only to determinate a contract because I didnt agree on it or it is accdentaly sent to me.

All other informations in Private Messege. Please hurry if you can do it today I have e-tournament later today. Really need stabile connection.

On this picture you see that I dont have any device connected to that TV-Package. I didn't order it and I dont want to because I dont need it. And I didnt even sign any contract that include "GigaTV".

how long's the contract been? Have you revoked it in writing? If so, did you receive a confirmation? Or did you just return the device?

for my internet Red Cable 100 I think for one year contract has been. But this GigaTV i dont really know, i didnt sign any contract or accept anything. I suddenly got this package, which i returned in 14 days. Afther that I sent already one letter, email and everything but they only sent me here to contact you. I want to determinate this contract(which i didnt sign) because i get charged everymonth for nothing.

Hi Adviceee,

the link works. You don't need one to send a private message. Just click on the picture of a moderator. Then you come into the profile and find on the right side "Diesem Benutzer eine private Nachricht schicken". Click on it and you are ready to go.
