&lt;P&gt;My customer number is &lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;xxxxx&lt;/FONT&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have reached out to technitians multiple&amp;nbsp;times to get internet connection and the reply I have recieved is to check teh cable connect in 4 of my neighbours to make the connection at my place.&amp;nbsp;This was not possible from me as i dont speak german and hence I would like to cancel the contract with Vodafone. I have written about it through:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.vodafone.de/meinvodafone/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.vodafone.de/meinvodafone/&lt;/A&gt; website but I didnt see&amp;nbsp;any positive responce. I have been going through this process from 3 months but wasnt useful. Vodafone has deducted the amount from my account from 2 months even though I havent used the internet for one sigle day! Please help me to cancel the contract.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Ich habe mehrmals mit Technikern Kontakt aufgenommen, um eine Internetverbindung zu erhalten, und die Antwort, die ich erhalten habe, ist zu überprüfen, ob das Kabel in 4 meiner Nachbarn angeschlossen ist, um die Verbindung bei mir herzustellen. Dies war von mir nicht möglich, da ich kein Deutsch spreche und daher den Vertrag mit Vodafone kündigen möchte. Later the technician will comeover to check the connections in all 4 houses. This is a very long and tiring task especially for me as I do not speak German(Relocated recently). Kableway mentioned the same in their last call as well and it is very very difficult for me to arrange. I hope you undestand the problem I have facing.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This sounds absurd to me! In the call KableWay the problem is still there and there is no point in sending the technician as we would have to check the connection from 4 different houses to check the drops with their appointment!! We are clearly going in circles and have waited for 5 months (150 days!!!) for an internet connection! This is completely unacceptable customer service you currently have! I am paying for all this for the past months for not having this internet connection. I have spent close to EUR 75 so far on this and not on a single day!&amp;nbsp;I want to do it next time:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Please stop deducting the monthly charges since there is no internet connection&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Please pay all the deducted amount so far with regards to the internet service&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Please disconnect the service and I will send back Vodafone box which is with me&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have waited for this for long and I can’t go with this headache anymore. Please let me know your plan of action, I would need a solution or money from you in 1 week.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Please send the technician and I hope they can fix it! It seemed like Kableway didnt wanted to send and hence I they were not at my place. They were at my plave 2 time in th epast and count fix anything! The problem remains the same! I will wait for the technician and wait for a fix then. Let me know when should I expect them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This will be a long and tedious process for I do not speak German well to communicate with these people. Moreover this is not my job too.
