    <description>I recently made a contract for kabel 100mbps, I received the box with the modem, cables and all the papers.&lt;BR /&gt;I activated my account following the instructions by using the given code.&lt;BR /&gt;The modem is plugged in the socket but unfortunately a red led over the internet label on the device is blinking, and obviously I have no intenrnet connection.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How many days should pass to have the service active?&lt;BR /&gt;Or is this a strange behavior and I need a technician..?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Luca</description>

      <description>Hi Stephan,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Unfortunately the network is still not working.&lt;BR /&gt;I contacted the Vodafone support, and they said I need a technician to come to check the state of my line.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I tried to call again the tech support, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to go through the process with the answering machine.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Could you help me on booking a technician?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;L.</description>
