Hello, I have noticed that I am being charged with monthly fee for using Vodafone service. The agreement I have signed is that your service will be Free of charge until my Telekom contract expires (first 11 months if I recall correct).

Could you please review all of my bills and put me back on the initial credit I had when I joined Vodafone. Thank you.

Hello funnyguy,

conditions must be met in order to participate in the remaining term program. Have you completed and returned the required number portability form? If not, then it does not work that you can use our contract free of charge.

Yes I have. It was uploaded over some form on vodafone page, and the number is ported.

Yes I have. Also, you can find it on the customer portal, but I am still being charged.

we have deposited a credit note for the period until the phone number is accepted. Now this should fit.
