No Internet signal in the apartment

Hello,

I have received my Vodafone modem but when I connect it to the apartment cable socket it doesn't get Internet signal. The light is flashing red.

Can you send someone to take a look if the apartment is connected to Vodafone network?

a technician needs to finish the installation. The measures needed for that were already taken on Tuesday, did you receive a call from the technician yet?

Thank you for the info. I had Technician on Thursday come and connect the apartment. Now everything is working.
Question now about the contract start date, as it began on 18.02 but I just got connected to the network on 07.03.
Will it be included in the invoice? Or changed in the system?
