Hello

I want to cancel my internet and phone contract. I am moving abroad at the end of March, and my contract ends in June.

I sent a request by email, but they told me that I should send my request via the community.

I would like to know what are the steps to cancel the contract.

But for some reason I can not send you a private message. When I click on the link, I receive a message, that's the page I've found, and I'm trying to create it from "My Messages, I see a lot of users starting with your name, and I do not know which one to select.

Sorry for some reason when i sent the message it delete something.

What I wanted to say is that when I click on the private message link you sent, i receive a message saying that the page was not found and when I want to create one from my "My Messages, I see a lot of users starting with your name, and I do not know which one to select.
