      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have the cable red package 200.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am charged from the&amp;nbsp;4th of January, but the technicians of Vodafone installed my internet and phone on the 14th of February. I want a refund from Vodafone for the period of 4th of January till the 14th of February.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you got the Router earlier? If so, you usually could've used the Internet before...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And what did you do between 4th of January and 14th of February, e.g. when did you notify Vodafone that you need a technician to install the connection?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I received the router on the 4th of January. I connected it and there was a red light. I called the technical support and I got appointment for the 24th of January. The appointment got postponed by the technical service for the 28th of January. The technician came on the 28th of January and he said that he needs to fix the installation inside the building and I have to wait because he couldn't do it on same day. (I have already make a complain in the forum about that). On 14th of February two technicians from Vodafone came and repair everything and I finally had internet. So I should not pay for the time I did not have any service from you.</description>
