Incorrect Vodafone contract end date.

Hello. Vodafone have incorrectly changed my contract start date when I moved apartments but kept my existing Vodafone box and service. Now I cannot cancel my contract because the termination date is now too far in the future. I want to have my contract date corrected so I can terminate my Vodafone contract.

did you report a move? The duration does not change. Where did you order the move?

Hi Thomas. Yes I reported the move. Did it all through consultation with Vodafone. Had a Vodafone technician come out twice to set it up as the building was new. Everything was painful to do not speaking German (my fault) but completed eventually. However my contract date should NOT have changed and now I can’t cancel it.

Please advise so my contract date can be corrected and I can cancel my contract.

Hello AndyLongley,

when you move house, the contract date does not change. There is also nothing to adjust, because we cannot change this date. You can only cancel the contract regularly at the end of the contract period.
