Leaving Germany - Cancellation of contract

Hi team,

I will leave Germany end of March, and will get my deregistration from city hall Berlin today. I wanted to know what should I do to cancel the contract and if it possible to make the degeristration and sending back the modem at a local vodafone shop or if I must return it mandatory via post?

Hi sercanni,

in this case we can terminate the contract with a period of 3 months starting from the day of the move. The hardware must be sent by mail to our logistics department. You will receive the address with the cancellation confirmation.

Send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address in a private message.
