Hello,

I would like to know how to return my kabel router early as I will be leaving Germany before the contract end date. I have already sent in my abmeldung and have had this processed.

Is a pre-paid lable provided to send the router back?

If you have the original return note, you can use this to send the device back. If you don't have it anymore, you have to send the package back at your own expense.
