    <description>I ordered the Kabel connection. Unfortunately, that was the worst decision since the problems started from it. As per protocol, the technician came to my place to check for internet connection. He told me very very clearly that my building apparently did not have any provision and should try and resolve with them. As per his instruction, I reported it to the concerned Vodafone Consultant. Also, I send the Kabel box back and took GigaCube to use internet. The other Vodafone Kabel contract was cancelled by in Vodafone Fürth. Gigacube was a wonderful experience that I had and need experienced any issue with it. During all this while I was charged for the Kabel which wasn’t even installed in the first place. Then again I went to Vodafone and to my horror I was told that the Technician in his report mention he wasn’t given any entry ( Kein Zugang). Now this is the first time in Germany I experienced such unprofessionalism with cheating, lying and unnecessary headaches. So also please take into account all these while I have been paying for the Kabel connection which I never had the fortune to use. Also due to this reason the Kabel Connection could not be cancelled. Then the horror does not end yet. The amount of phone calls I made to end this misery to no avail. The endless visits to the store became futile only to be told that I can only get help through the phone number provided (The call center employees never spoke in English and the Vodafone, Fürth said they cannot help me with it. On the phone I asked to send the Kabel box back since Vodafone Fürth told me it cannot be cancelled but the Gigacube can be cancelled- they send me Vodafone Kabel along with the TV box (Fernsehen box) without me asking for it. Since I happened to be in vacation I had no idea about this. I came back and went through the ordeal again. So basically I am having 2 Contacts with Vodafone against my will and need and no solution to this. &lt;P&gt;if you don't want to use the contracts, you can cancel them at the end of the term. I can gladly cancel the TV contract. Please post for the Giga Cube on the right board.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Hello Thomas,&lt;BR /&gt;I dint realise that there was a catch about premature termination. And also the cancellation letter was send to me in German so I couldn’t understand that. However I thought since I did not even ask for a TV connection, and still paid 4/5 months the cancellation was effective immediately. Also I received a call to confirm the cancellation from Vodafone call centre and I asked about cancellation he too did not mention about the time period. I don’t understand what can I do now to end my problem. I still do not have a TV and find it ridiculous to pay for it. It’s been forcefully to me and because of language barrier i am even not able to end my problem completely. I am really sorry but I don’t like the idea of paying something if I haven’t asked for a service m. Please be kind enough to help me out. I’m sincerely disappointed with this situation.       <description>Hello Thomas!&lt;BR /&gt;I never asked for a TV box in the first place. I had asked the Internet cable box to be send back which I had sent.. and they send me the cable box with the TV Box.. i tried to clear out with the Vodafone call centre for months and nothing helped. I was in My home country till November and I came back and immediately tried to sort it out. And everything i requested that some English speaking worker to call me back. Once randomly the Vodafone call centre suggested me to write here on this forum and that’s when I wrote You. I even had no idea what the box was. I already send it back twice and it kept coming back to me. With some letter saying wiederuf nicht möglich. What you received is my third try to send back. It’s really unfair to be paying since so long for this TV box without even having a TV(not do i extend to buy) and when I was trying to resolve my problem nothing helped. I never used the box even a single day. Then one day on the call centre I was told that they just send it to me without any written contract. Then I was also told that it can be easily cancelled since I do not have any written contract for the TV box. You can check it if you want. Vodafone made me unfairly pay for two contracts which I did not ask for. It’s really frustrating. And the TV is one of them. I sincerely request you to help me out. My job contract is till 2019 and my TV contract is running till 2020.</description>
