Terminate Contract.

Hello there,

My name is Anuradha Bhukel. I will leave Germany and move to United states form 01.04.2019.

Hence, I would like to cancel my contract from Vodafone with effect 01.04.2019.

Please consider this as my notice for termination. If there are any other formalities then please let me know.

I would be very grateful if you may help me here.

It is not necessary to open another thread with the same matter.

Moved the other to archive.

An employee will assist you soon.

Basicly you have to report your moving, and send in youre de-registration from the city.

Then the contract will end three months later.

the contract can be terminated with a period of 3 months, beginning with the day of the removal. We can arrange this here. Send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address in a private message.

I got a call from Vodafone today that my contract cannot be cancelled.

I am confused, does the contract still end on 30.06.2019?

Hi Cancel-Contract,

the call was nonsense. The cancellation has been processed and confirmed. There is no more change to the appointment.

It is possible that the monthly charges are transferred in advance in one sum. There must be however safe that no costs beyond it develop.
