Leaving Germany end of February 2019 Cancellation Cable

Hi,

I would like to cancel my cable connection from Vodafone on 28th of February 2019 since I am leaving Germany for good.

I would like to know the next steps and information on where to deposit the cable box.

You are leaving Germany on 28.02.2019? Such a quick cancellation is not possible, as it is only possible according to the Telecommunications Act (moving date + 3 months). I will be happy to help you. what do you think? Do you disagree with the termination date? This is your normal career when you move abroad. The contract cannot be terminated immediately, because the Telecommunications Act applies here.

this is not actually planned, but if you transfer the amounts for March, April and May in one sum, the customer account is covered until the end of the contract.

right, you will receive the cancellation confirmation by post. But you should also have received a mail. In your customer portal the letter should also be visible.

then he'll come. We have no influence on the duration. In the customer portal the letter is deposited, you can call it up there, if the post takes too long for you.
