Hi there,

I will leave the EU in one month. I want to terminate the cable internet contract. contacted support but they suggested to write in the community forum. Have no idea why. Please support me somebody. Thank you!

you should write here, because we can answer you in english.

I will gladly take care of the termination of your contract. If I have all the necessary data from you, I will do so according to the Telecommunications Act (moving date + 3 months). Therefore I need some data from you. Send me in a private message your name, the current address, the new address, the customer number, the moving date and your date of birth. Then send me a message here in the thread.

i have stopped the termination, the contract will be terminated on 16.05.2019. Since you can't give me a new address, the cancellation confirmation will be sent to the connection address.
