    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to contact you for the last time here. If I still don't get help/reply ASAP, I'll report this to the European Consumer Center and I will not let you treat like that anymore.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called your customer service 9 times and that's enough.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You are not providing the internet since last week and nobody wants to tell me why OR MAYBE PERHAPS find a solution. I'm at home tomorrow if you want to send a technician -&amp;nbsp;I am talking about a person who REALLY comes and finds my flat, because I heard that you have problems with it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not I want to cancel my contract with you RIGHT AWAY because&amp;nbsp;you do not comply with the terms of the contract, and&amp;nbsp;I will not have a problem to get the help of a lawyer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm waiting for a decision and information about further proceedings today.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Zuzanna Banach -&amp;nbsp;HONEST AND CONSCIENTIOUS CUSTOMER&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi Tobias,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for reaching me. Yes, technician was here. Problems is not solved but there’s a chance that this is related to bigger problem with the building and tomorrow someone will try to fix it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then we will check if our problem still exist.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I will inform you then.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks and have a good day,&lt;BR /&gt;Zuza</description>
