      <description>Guten Tag,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm leaving the country so need to cancel my red cable contract. I called customer services in June to notify that I'll be leaving in November/December but haven't had any confirmation back.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Since then I have called multiple times and no one has been able to assist me. I have sent a online contact form and been informed to post a new thread on the forum. I can see that my termination date has been update on my account to January however this isn't correct.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please could you get in touch so we can discuss this further&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you</description>

      <description>Why would you change my termination date to later. I informed you guys in June / July that I would be leaving and gave plenty of notice. I only received an email from Vodafone stating that my move date has been changed. It didn’t say what that date was. When I got back to you on the forum asking why it wasn’t updated on the portal you said it would be. It is only now I’m finding out for some bizarre reason that the termination date has been extended. I have left the country and closed my bank accounts as I no longer reside there.</description>
