I want to change my cabel contract from 400mbps to 100mbps.

I have a plan where I am currently paying reduced price for 400mbps but the speed on my devices is ever higher than 20mbps. Before the first year ends and my payment increases I want to change the plan to a less expensive 100mbps.

When signing the contract I was advised that I can reduce the plan within the first year.

Is the speed all time so slow?
Can I get a screenshot from the Signalpegel" (Signal from Down- and Upstreams) on our Cablerouter?
